For all those with sagging doors
To solve the problem all you need to do is replace the door pins, with oem pins they are only like $6.00 each and they take no time to install. it worked for me. Can you guys not get them cheap in the states or what.

The Lower hinge is the only one with pins. The upper hinge has two seperate "Pins" so to speak which can't be replaced as easily as the lower pins and is the cause of much heartache. If your lower hinge goes bad and you fix it before the top one goes bad then you can extend the life of the upper hinge a little bit.

For those of you that feel the upper door hinge can be repaied for $6.00 or so.Go out to your car,and open the drivers door.Look at the upper hingeThe upper hinge I a one piece unitized construction.
Until I developed my replacement pis & bushings. The entire hinge had to be replaced. This procedure is outlined in the GM service manual. And just as "lostsol" says,"it is a pain".
The entire process is explained at www.3rdgensolutions.com
