Any Way to Convert a Non TTops Car to TTops?

I just bought my Formula 350 and love the car except for it's lack of TTops. I only payed 700 bucks for it and couldn't pass up the deal, so that is why I purchased it. Any way to put TTops on a non TTop car? Has anyone done this? Is it possible?

I don't know how many times that this has been asked, do a search. But to make it easy for you, yes it can be done, but you don't want to do it.

It can be done, but you would probably need to have it done professionally, unless you are VERY skilled at bodywork. You would also want to check to see if you would need to strengthen the chassis. As we all know, the roof is a major contributor to structural integrity. Cutting large holes in the roof would more than likely mess that up. I know that with convertibles the chassis has more reinforcement due to the lack of a roof, but I am not sure about t-tops.

It would be easier/cheaper to buy an f-body with t tops and swap out all of your parts into it.

agreed, take the motor, tranny & all the parts & put them into a LG4 or LO3 car this will do 3 things for you.
1) give you T-tops
2) cheeper insurance rates.
3) give you inside out working knowledge of your car.

By the time you get done with the conversion, you will know more about your car than most everyone here (not all).
