Power Seats
I just bought a pair of high back seats from a 95 Camaro. My old seats were manual and the new ones are power on the drivers side. I know that guys on this board have done this. Can anybody help me out.

Its pretty easy.
Go to a salvage yard, and find another firebird or camaro with the power seat. under the seat there is a white plastic clip.
To do this:
Remove the plastic door opening trim piece on the floor (6 screws or something) cut the carpet in front of the floor/seat support with a razorblade,
Remove the ground connection with a 7mm or 1/4" nutdriver, (depends on year) most are 7mm.
Pop open the wire loom with a bladed screwdriver, and follow the wire under the dash above the driver side kick panel. there is a clip, so undo the clip and simultaniously pull on the wire.
To install do not cut your carpet, just feed it though to the slits already there.
THAT is the proper way to install a power seat.
