WIll this 90-92 fit in my 89??
Will this cluster fit into my 89 Cluster, I know i can swap other clusters, it looks the same dimensons, but I am not to sure.

It CAN be done, yes. But IMO it's not worth the trouble to do it. Too much to convert over. Also to make it functional you'd need to add a VSS (Vehicle speed sensor) at the tranny tailshaft in place of the mechanical speedo cable.
