Help! I thought I needed to replace the ignition switch on the column of my 84Z,but found out after the teardown that the anti-lock mechanism is jammed inside the column under this sheild type thing mounted just under the the gauges. Question, how do I remove this sheild without breaking it, and without having to remove the tilt portion of the steering column. Any suggestions?
