The title says it all. I dont recall anybody asking this question..sorry if it has been asked alot. I just dont want to go through all the problems of splicing wires and messing with my electrical work which is bad as it is.

I'm not totally sure, but I believe the tracks should interchange. The problem will be with the controls for the power track. They are attached to a panel on the seat, which won't transfer to the new seat (At least in the case of my 4th gen Pontiac seats), so you'll have to find a way to mount the controls. Is a power track really that important? I adjusted mine once when I bought the car and didn't touch it again, so I shed no tears when I put my manual 4th gen tracks in.
