are the heritage stripes on the 92 camaros tape stripes or are they painted on,and is there a known company that i can go to that makes the heritage stripes.i have a maroon camaro and i want to get silver heritage stripes for it,but i dont know where to look.suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

the stripes are vinyl decals. never had to replace them, but I would imagine from GM they would cost a fortune...that is if they even stock them anymore.

I did a quick search on the net for them and found this place: http://www.stencilsandstripes.com they offer the whole kit but it's almost $500.

I guess you could probably have them made by a reputable vinyl / decal shop.

check the classifides, ther is a person on there that does a lot of decals. He does a very good job, wont be as much as G.M.

 

As far as going to a GM dealer goes, the dealer I went to said they no longer sell the stripes that goes to the rear spoiler. They good not give me a definite reason as to why.
