Unless the plastic parts are broken I would just clean them really well with acetone and spray with paint made for the interior. at the shop I worked at if I could'nt get it out of the car, just cleaned it up, taped it off, and sprayed. The spray made for the door carpet panels never turned out well(made it stiff) but those panels are easy to change at home along with the headliner and the inside back panels. Good luck

Black spray paint on black carpet works good, get yourself a brush, mask off where you do not want paint, spray the carpet and brush it in. Works better than alot of carpet dyes.

Here's mine from a few months ago, (it's a Trans Am but the seats and all the plastic panels are from a Camaro.

 

mmm black interior, beats my red one, although the red one looks like a pimp color!

 

Those seats are the dark grey ones right?
