Car: 2004 Chevy Avalanche
Engine: Some that run, some that don't
Transmission: 700R4's, a T-5, and a Turbo 350
I've added a Painless Wiring seven circuit fuse block to my Firebird. It's mounted on the passenger side where the computer used to be. It works out good there because I removed my heater core and now run my fuel injection and nitrous wiring through the old holes in the firewall. I think it only cost around $35 and was well worth the price.

LFN...not a bad idea. I hate trying to find an opening in the firewall.

And more Civic's then I can count. Why do they even bother?

I installed a second fuse box... it was a 8 dollar deal from Al's Auto Supply (no longer exists) but I think I can get it at Shucks still. 6 fuses, has worked out great for me... been running my custom head lights, fog lights, power invertor, strobe, and a couple switches off of it... too bad I used all the holes now
BTW, I mounted it on my strut tower, but I might have to move it when I install the strut tower brace.

Car: 2001 Camaro SS
Engine: Almighty LS1
Transmission: T56
heres the one I have...
I didn't install it, it was there when I bought the Z.... but it works nicely... it was for the previous owners stereo but I don't use it for that
passenger side fender, between the strut tower and battery... on either side of the car I think it works nicely... I might be moving it over to the other side though, easier to use for a linelock that way
Sorry the pics aren't better, I took them with my webcam

thats what i purchased and it slides into the end of your stock fuse block. i put like a bead of soldier along both ends for a little strength. i than wires it into the battery ( constant power ) spot in the fuse block. its kind of nice becuase that aftermarket addition is fusable

looks good, does it just go in line with the oem fuse box or is it a direct connect to the battery and it just hooks up to the existing fuse block to look stock?
also, would it be possible to connect two of those in line, in other words stack them together or whatnot....... basically i'm looking for something with at least around 8 fuses but i want a stock looking applicatation.
any help or suggestions i would really appreciate it!

I have NO Idea what you are attempting to do, BUT when I installed Fuel injection in my 67 Riv, I also replaced my door relays for my shaved door handles. I wnet to a junk yard in seach of an under the hood fuse box. Many cars use them now, and it is a matter of finding a nice place to install it.
I think I paid $5 for it from a car that someoene had riped the engine from.
Just a thought.
The Painless one look really nice though. If I were to do it agin, I might go that way. But I needed a place for 4 Relays & some fuses.
