I believe they are referred to as cargo shades, your car should have the black plastic holes behind your rear seats for it to go in. check Third Gen Resource (blue banner add) they should have them, probably in the interior used section, maybe new though. If i'm not mistaken Year One makes them too, but i'm just guessing here. You can always look in yards for a good used one and save some cash. Good Luck

When I put the shade in my car I had to fabricate a couple of braces Under the panels to ahve something to bolt to. The car I got my shade from had the braces, so I measured their size and used some self drilling screws.
The rest of it was pretty straight forward, the plastic trim side moldings, fender covers actaully had lines to where to cut them out on the inside. The rear hatch (latch) piece needed to be taken from the donor car. Since it was a different color I had to remove the metal bracket from the part I bought, and cut out the slots on my hatch piece. drill a few holes for the metal bracket, and your done.
Install the shade.

You'll need the plastic pieces thar the shade snaps into in the front. There is a metal bracket that GM welds to the body underneath it. Also there is a metal piece that attaches to the inside of the plastic trim of the hatch where the two T shaped pieces attach. I got a used cargo shade, then went to a local Pick-a-Part for the other items. I cut the metal brackets off with a chisel and hacksaw then riveted them into my Iroc I'm restoring, (not my 'vert).
