my 1987 iroc z project

well iv been looking around here for awhile but just now posting my build im 17 and always loved 3rd gen camaro's. i found this 1987 sitting and rotting away i think i got a fair deal she needs allot of work but i really wanna save it i know its a big project but im very handy and i think i can pull it off here it is
its sitting at a friends at the moment i dont have allot of space in my shop right now

pics suck ill try to get better ones soon but here it is. i need some stuff such as the rear wing piece for the passenger side, pass front fender and a head liner. i already tracked down a hood, louvers, uncracked dash pad rebuild able 350 it had some dings i filled in hope you enjoy lots more pics to come

Good luck with your project! It looks like a pretty solid car from the pics. I was 17 yrs old when I got my first 3rd Gen as well.

Might want to do some research before you buy as far as whether or not it's a real IROC...that base model-only steering wheel scares me.

the story i got was the owner before me had it and it blew the motor and it sat. he swaped some parts out and sold it.. honestly what is the diffrince between an iroc z28 and a z28?

ok so after looking it is an iroc z. it has the door code still there this is what i found
16in wheels 245/50/16's it has a wonder bar the rpo code is still in the console and i checked the vin on the door,console and title they all match im pretty sure its an iroc if not sombody has went through allot of trouble
