Factory glass hood
While searching the yards today I came across a factory fiberglass hood from a Z28--it great shape! I'm going to find out the price on Tues(if it doesn't rain). i was just wondering if you guys think I should grab it? I know they're rare but I just want to know if it's worth the trouble to me. I don't have a truck!

hell yeah its worth the trouble They're nice hoods, really light compared to the steel ones, so much easier to work with

It's yellow--it's a repaint. Not sure about the price, I have to go on Tues to check. It's in another state(NJ) from where I'm at(pa). Nice-no cracks or nothing!

If you can get it cheap enough, i'd say buy it anyway, and sell it. Im sure someone around needs or wants one. I got mine out of a yard too, paid $20 for it

Listen the hood is still there--does anyone want it? I can tell you where it's at--in Newark NJ.
Let me know. Also the flaps are screwed down and the solenoid is missing--but the thing is clean w/no cracks. would like to see someone grab it up.

I got mine in a junkyard in Jersey too. It was spraypainted black so the paint was chipping off but there were no scratches or dings in it. The best part is i got the hood, a front clip and a fender all for $50, the guy didnt know what he had.
