HELP, How Do I Remove the Headlight ****??

I installed an aftermarket tach and the only thing I need left to connect is the light for it. I have the screws out for the panel by the headlights. How do I get the **** off so I can hook the wire up?

take off the underdash panel and look at the switch that the **** goes into. Take a long pencil (or anything that will not conduct electricity because it could easily blow a fuse) and on the switch assembly there will be a button with a spring on it. pull the **** out as far as possible and push the button in with the pencil (you may actually be able to get your finger on it to push it in) and pull the **** until it comes out. It is simple.
