Q about t-tops.....PITA to reseal?

Hey everyone!

My passenger side t-top is leaking on the rear side. Should I be afraid of my floorboard rusting from the dripping? It recently got worse from the heavy rains last week and I just want to know how hard it is to reseat the seal or reseal the whole thing. Can I do it in my own driveway or should I get my local body shop?
