I know the 4th Gen Consoles will fit... but will a 4th gen automatic console fit in my '91 RS automatic? If so what mods do I have to make if any??? Please help!!

no, even for an automatic, you still need to get a manual console

i got mine to work. only prob is that you won't have the indicator light, but it'll work other than that though.
