Weird Switch?????

Weird Switch?????
There is a switch under my dash on the drivers side. It looks like it was from the factory right next to the radio pod. What is it for?

It might be a kill switch?
switch it the opposite way and try to start your car. thats the determining factor if its a kill switch or not....
or its a the fuse box? my firebird's fusebox is the only switch under my drivers side dash.
