Exterior or Interior?
Since you said non-groundeffects cars... I'm assuming exterior...
You can buy the door skins (the outermost panel on the door) for a few hundred bucks from Classic Industries, but you've got get the other one off and weld the new skin on...
They're the same for all F-Bodies, groundeffects or not... the groundeffects are bolted onto the underside of the door (I think, Don't take my word on that, it'll probably be corrected as I haven't looked in awhile)
But you might be better off getting another door from a pick a part or something and swapping the good stuff from your door over and have it painted to match...
Up to you though

Like Demon said, the doors are the same whether with ground effects or without, Firebird or Camaro, only the ground effect doors have holes to mount the ground effects. Those holes can be welded up, but it would probably be cheaper to buy a good used one from the wrecking yard off a sport coupe without the gfx.
If you are talking about the interior door panels, then gfx have nothing to do with it. There is a standard interior and a custom (deluxe) interior, and both could be ordered on most models. These are different from each other with standard having vinyl panels and custom having cloth panels (at least on the Camaro).
