I am looking for a set of Tail light covers for my 91 Trans Am. I do not want the ones that only cover the turn and brake lights I want the ones I have seen that cover the entire lamp assembly... key hole to turn signal. The GTS ones I have tried only cover the turn and brake not all the way to the key hole. Where on earth can I find a pair?

I wouldn't be surprised if there were never any available at any point -- you've got to remember that these taillights were basically a 1 year/1 model only item thanks to 1992 being a low production year.

 

Still pleanty available from GTS but is seems the first run set that I am looking for is no longer available the newer set only covers the brake and turn on my year. Thanks for the feedback

I believe the 91 and 92 lenses are identical and, as you indicated, split at the trunk hatch keyhole. Not many NOS parts still around (and few made) but they show up in the aftermarket frequently but usually at a high price. If you are lucky enough to score a junkyard set they will likley have delamination between the outershell and the interior grid. Keep checking places with used parts (like this site and even ebay) to locate a pair if you are prepared to pay the asking price.
