looking for a locksmith - Car locks will not fully lock or unlock

hey i have my car Chevrolet camaro 2005 and over all it is a nice car but from few days ago i'm having problem with my car locks. locks will not fully lock or unlock using remote or key pad. This issue started when temperature dropped at start of winter I thought as temperature increased locks would start to work but now this issue getting worst day by day. if someone knws a cheaper way to fix this issue kindly suggest me for it.

I had a similar problem with my "89" but since Third. Gen. Camaros are from "82" to "92" I don't think the actuator rods are the same .

Over time, the lubrication in the latch mechanism can collect enough
dirt to impede operation. Cleaning & re-lubing is good PM, & the
cheapest/easiest possible solution. This is especially true for window
regulators.

Looks to me like he's had his Camaro since 2005.

Yes, this most likely the problem and solution.

Remove the door panels for access.
