how do you pull off the speedometer needle??

Transmission: 27 spline 700R4 (another one died) -> T5 goin in next
how do you pull off the speedometer needle??

sorry i cant really help, but when i tried to pull the needle off it broke the little circle thing. i think you have to just pull it hard and evenly. good luck. for some reason mine was stuck on harder than the other ones

yeah, the little circle in the middle of mine is starting to split too. that's why i stopped pulling.
so i just need to pull harder then huh?

ok, i got the needle off. i just need to test it out. I'll let you know how it goes.
I ended up using a screwdriver to pry it off. That's what I originally wanted to do, but didn't want to break anything, which I didn't.

losing the calibration isn't that much of a loss acording to what Vader told me. He basically that my speedo is fried, so having it read halfway decent for a while is better than not reading good at all.
What other problems are you saying that I will have with losing some calibration?

The way I do it is to unscrew the 2 little screws holding the speedo face, and then pulling up on the face itself to apply even pressure to the center of the needle. Always comes off easy for me.
