Improvements in the Name of Comfort?
Anything you've done to add comfort to your ride?
I've added a Grant Signature Series steering wheel, a Conteur driver's seat (6-way electric with thigh, lumbar, etc. adjustments), a B&M Ripper, and an Alpine CD player.

I like those contour seats. I'd love to find one for my IROC. In the meantime, I picked up some leather 4th gen TA seats with the power lumbar support. I haven't put them in yet because I don't have the matching back seats, nor do I have new carpet yet. I've also put a great stereo system in (which isn't done yet) and eventually I'll put a new steering wheel in. I also put a Megashifter in, which is very comfortable to rest my hand on.
The GTA is already pretty damned sweet like it is, so other than the stereo and some damage repair, that interior probably won't change much. It does need a shifter boot and shifter **** tho, so I may make a ferrari-style shifter gate and put an aluminum shift **** on. I'm also building a stereo system for it.
The 86 came with a Grant GT steering wheel. I don't particularly care for it's cheap plastic grip, but it looks good and is pretty comfortable. I like the smaller diameter. For upgrades to the 86, I put in floor mats, seat covers, reupholstered the headliner and upgraded the stereo. I bought a tilt steering column for it, but I never installed it.

Hey:Jim85IROC, I noticed you live in NY, as so do I. I was wondering where you found your leather seats. I cannot seem to find a set that is either for a reasonable price, or that isnt ripped. How much did you pay? Let me know. Thanks.

I got mine from an Ebay auction, but finding matching rears is getting to be very frustrating.
