Attn PJ Moran - about spray foam and door supports...

Hey thanks for that great tip about the spray foam! I'm having trouble locating the beams you're talking about though. The only "support" I can see in my door is the tubular piece that runs the length of the door. Other than that there's the window rails and stuff and that's all I can find. I'm doing a lot of work on my doors lately so I just figured I'd address the rattles now too. Thanks in advance!

The support runs front to rear halfway down
the door skin , upper one is right where the metal rolls at the top of the door , he is right this works realy well!
