looking for some cowl hood pics
Like it says I'm looking for some cowl hood pics. Driver seat view. I seen that 6" is a little radical and hard to see around but maybe u guys can get me some cockpit views or diff sized cowls. I just picked up am 85 iroc and figured that would spruce it up a.bit. thx again for your help guys.

Re: looking for some cowl hood pics
Sorry, I don't have any viewing from behind the wheel atm...
Guess I just never thought of taking a pic from behind the wheel.
But for perspective, I'm 6'1", and I wouldn't care for anythig above a 4" tall cowl on the streets....but I'm sure opinions will vary...
EDIT: I can gaurantee the pic posted above is at LEAST a 4"...

Re: looking for some cowl hood pics
I'm 5'8" and have had a few cowl hoods on vehciles, but never a 3rd gen. I can tell you I have never went over about 2.5" on the cowl and no issues seeing, but I would not want much bigger than that. IMO any cowl over 4" just looks overkill and even 4" is a bit too tal for my liking.

Re: looking for some cowl hood pics
Not sure the exact size of the cowl but its a Harwood fiberglass cowl. It's probably about a 3"-4".
