Spoiler and back lights vibrate

My subs are 3 inches away from them, thats why. I was wondering if there is a rubber replacement for the spoiler "gasket". And I need to know how to remove the rear lighting fixture so i can de-rattle that as well.

you take out the inner panel on the back of the hatch. then there should be 4-5 butterfly nuts holding the lamps in. thats it
