I got my 2 1/4" cowl hood from unlimited http://www.up22.com/camaro82.htm for 375 shipped. Looks and fits good and I like the raised trim piece that runs down the center.

Shipping was 75 and prep just included the usual surface sanding and filling in the tiny pinholes. Bondo Spot putty took care of those easily.

Mine was $450 shipped but I'm disappointed w/the hood. I hate the vision abstraction.

I suggest that you don't ever install a roots blower on your car then

Brian, I highly suggest that you run a search on fiberglass or cowl hoods. There lots of styles and companies to choose from, and doing reading many of the old posts will really help you decide. With any given company you are likely to find people with good and bad experiences. Good luck.
