Will IROC ground effects work on Z28?

Car: 84 Z28 "Holly" (SOLD)
Engine: Carbed 305
Transmission: TH350
Will IROC ground effects work on Z28?
My 84 Z28's ground effects have seen better days and I want to replace them badly. Will IROC ground effects fit without much modifications or would it be to much work?
