Hi
could someone tell what are the distance between the side of the camaro and the jack points... you see i'm building my garage and want to install a low rise lift flush mount...my car is in the workshop right now and can't have access to it right now and i need to figure out the distance i have to install the lift and to rush things more the concrete is poured Thursday...

I don't see how that type of lift is going to work on a third gen. considering the layout and where the jacking points are. I always ask for a drive on lift at the shop ( I try to avoid any shop like the plague )because half the time they don't even know where they are.

Forget the scissor lift, just google it with images to see why.
They are very unstable and don't allow room to work properly. As said, you would have to put adapters on it to make it work with a third gen.
If you want a lift and don't have to height or money for a shop lift, the max jaxx 2 post lift is great. I use mine almost everyday, works on all my cars and snowmobile, even my 3/4 ton pkup. Only problem I had with it is the assembly instructions are terrible, but the floor insert mounting instructions and hardware are great. If you get the mounts before you pour the floor, the concrete guys can put them in for you so you don't have to drill later like I did. I got mine from summit racing.
