Are you talking about the beam angle? There are two screws-one vertical adjustment, one horizontal adjustment. Look around the outer edges of the headlight.

if you are talking about the sitting angle for these there should be a plastic **** that you can turn. I do not have a F/B a.k.a screaming chicken but I have seen them. they have the same setup as the mini screamers the fiero...

I know to turn the ****, but every time I adjust it, once I pop them up, then let em sit back down, they go ALL the way back down. Hmm...maybe if I adjust it while they're up......

The adjustments you are talking about control how far the headlight moves. There is very little room for adjustment before the mechanism binds. To adjsut the headlights, you need to play with the mounting brackets. The two brackets you see on the top will adjust in/out and tilt, and underneath the light, there is another bracket that will adjust the height. It is very hard to get the fit right, especially after an accident when things don't seem to line up as they should. Just do one adjustment at a time, and make sure the hood can open and close throughout the operation of the headlight.
