Non molded carpet? and reapulster seats
Has anyone ever installed a carpet that wasn't molded to the interior? I don't feal like pay $200 but probably will if the non molded carpet will look horibble. Also how much would it cost to reapulster (I know it's spelled wrong but I'm too lazy to look it up) all the seats in my Camaro?

I didn't find any carpet on that site.
I called for an estimate on how much it would cost to reupholster (I looked it up ) the seats in my camaro and they wanted $350 just for one bucket seat!! Looks like I'm going to stick with the tan seats I have now for my gray interior and start searching for black and gray two tone 4th gen seats.

I picked up fourth gen seats from a junkyard for 250. That includes power drivers side.
Also, you might want to check JC Whitney for molded carpet. If you just want to do the passenger section (not the trunk), then I think they cost like $70. I think. Anyways hope this helps.
Try to get a generic quote for seats over the phone. If you get a low bid, then go in and get them.

$200 for new carpet? Ouch.
Avoid the JC Whitney stuff, I haven't heard of anyone on here that's been happy with it. Visit http://www.1aauto.com , and check out their carpet link. They sell the ACC brand (GM Authorized Reproduction Company) of molded carpet. I nabbed my passenger-compartment-only (how many people see the hatch?) carpet for $120... http://www.accmats.com wanted $160 for it.
Even though you should get the one with the console cut-out, you'll still have to enlarge the hole. Use the old carpet as a guide.

I wound up ording the carpet from www.1aauto.com. I won an ebay bid yesterday for the carpet from them for $202.45 (front / rear). I also ordered the floormats from them. I know a junkyard that I can get deals from but they only had 4th gen firebird seats and they were black. I'm not sure if that would look good in a gray interior.
I feal sorry for the owner of ACCs family and his employess. Their families are going to have a hard time on Friday the 13th every time it comes.
