Rear Hatch Sliding

Hey all,

Please ignore the dirty car, it has been really windy and dusty in the area...

The rear hatch piece has slid down past the ends of the quarter panels on my 91 RS.

Can anyone shed some insite into what can be causing this? Ways to fix it?
