Re: door hinges
Dorman #38401 will get you both the upper & lower pins, but I'm not sure what the lower only part # is, but it does exist. Just about any parts store should have it or could get it for you.
But you might wanna just try some WD-40/lube grease/etc. first before you go doing a hinge pin replacement. If your door isn't sagging then it probably just could use some greasing.

Re: door hinges
That is the door detent roller & pin. You'll need to remove the lower hinge spring and a-pillar half of the lower hinge. Once you have it out grind off the head of the pin and remove the roller. Put the pin that the roller was on in a large bench vise leaving enough room for the pry bar that comes with the pin popper tool I sell. You'll pry between the face of the vise and the shoulder of the larger diameter pin that that roller pin is pressed into. I have found removal is much easier if you use a Dremel or die grinder with a fiber-reinforced metal cutoff blade and grind a slot thru that larger diameter pin to the depth of the pin you are removing. This relieves much of the pressure and allows you to pry out that roller pin much easier. Once you have the roller pin out weld that slot you ground and grind the weld smooth. Now you can press the new roller and pin in using a press or a large bench vise. Be sure you have the roller oriented the correct way and also make sure you don't press the pin in to far or it will impinge the roller. Here is a link to the pin & rolller.
