I have an 83 Z28 with crossfire injection, I need a new front clip, hood, and drivers fender. I found a plain 83 front clip. Is the plain front clip the same as the Z28? I have the ground effects from the Z. thanks,

CrossFire hood will be impossible to find unless you're extremely lucky...

Front clip for the Z28 is a solid (non-slotted like SC or Berlinetta) with the lower ground effect... easiest way to tell is the slots

Fender you can use from any year, but to match the ground effects you'll need to drill new holes if its not from an 82-84

Other than that you should be set... good luck on finding the crossfire hood though

I've got the hood. it's even the CFI Sheet Molded Compound hood. too bad it's on my car.

dowtyt, Just to avoid confusion a "clip" is everything from the doors forward. If you were to ask for a clip from a junkyard they would cut the car at the windshield pillars and the floor across at about the shifter or sometimes right at the firewall. Hence the word "clip". What you need is a bumper cover or facia. Don't let that word cost you a ton of money or confusion about avalibility.
