Engine: TPI 305/ v6
Transmission: struggling t-5/ 4l60E
Axle/Gears: 3.08/ 3.23
To answer the 1st part, yes, sold from the dealer, it's one large piece from front to back sold for over $460.
Dimentions,, A) you could go to a junk yard with your handy dandy tape measure & take dimentions yourself. B) A collision or frame shop might be able to give you them to you or, C) you could hope someone on here will go do the measuring for you. (I'd try A or B 1st tho)

option A is not possible due to the axe job one of the guys in the shop did to the floor pans of my car, but I will try B
when I tried to order the pans they where $460 for the right side and $460 for the left (canadian dollars),forget that Ill buy a new mig welder and do it myself :-)
