Ok, How Do You Replace a door?
ok, i bought my baby a couple months ago, but body damage, its gonna be spensive, so im gonna try to get most panels and such myself, the only thing i cant do is the rear quarter panel,
but i need to replace the doors and Fenders.
ok, how hard is it to replace a door? keeping all original parts, cept window sweeps, THANX GUYS

I'm pretty sure you have to replace the upper hinge too, it's welded on, the lower one is bolted if I remember right. To get it off, you have to drill out the welds on the upper hinge. GM sells a kit to replace the hinge and it bolts onto the body, (about 70 bucks) as for windows, motors, power locks, I can't really help you there, but once you get the door panel off it's prety easy to see how things go together. I'd do this after you had the fenders off, it'll be much eaiser if not required.
