God ****in damnit!!!!

The thing is rubbing again, so i went to the Grant website and they apparently dont make an adapter for 90-92 firebirds, even thought they told me this one would work at Canadian Tire....it fits right, but it rubs!

On top of all this, the Airbag light is always on and now the horn connection is all ****ed so I have to redo that...this is becoming a real PITA!!

I just put my new Grant GT wheel on yesterday and I've had the same problems. The inflator light has a simple fix-PULL OUT THE BULB! If you have cracked the horn sleeve in the column like I did you'll have to go with the "top A" position with the hub adapter. You will have to trim the black plastic tube that covers the wire and keeps the spring in place. With the hub in the A position it will also keep pressure on the sleeve/spring and maintain contact for the horn. Mine has real tight when I first tried it out and the black cover rubbed on the column. I've loosened the shaft nut slightly a few times and drove the car to work the wheel and it's almost back to normal. If all else fails I'll pull it back off and trim/grind the back edge of the cover. I'm using the 14" Formula GT in black.
