Check the mod section there is how to replace your window motor and how to resore your door panel. These both say how to remove them.

1. Not all the screws on the switch panels are really screws, so be careful and don't tear up the plastic screw imitations
2. Everything uses torx bits to you'll need a set of those
3. Once you get the switch panels and door handle off you've got the plastic "pins" that hold the door panel to the door. You can by a special tool that looks like a bent common screwdriver with a wide, split blade to help get those out. You have to get the split around the plastic pins and pry slowly away from the door. You may as well buy a pack of the pins at the local carparts place as you'll need some.
4. It seems easier to lift the door panel up (once all the screws and pins are released) if the window is in the down position.
5. Don't use WD-40! It drys to a sticky residue that doesn't lubricate anything. Use some of the lithium spray grease (white in color)as it will last much longer. Put the window back up before you spray the tracks.
This is a job that ain't fun, but you get better at it the more you do it.
6. I almost forgot about the door lock slide, it's a pain to get it off and back on again. Be careful you don't break the plastic button.
