Hatch Release on my Car

Well I'm posting this b/c I would like my hatch to be able to be released from the inside instead of having to get out of the car & unlock the hatch. Granted I'm lazy but I also want to be able to install the Knight Rider black out cover on it and it covers over the key hole so I would like to have the hatch be able to pop from the inside. Anybody got any clues on how to do this? Or what kind of materials that I would need? Thanx

there is an article in the tech section on this site, just check it out, im pretty sure u will have to get all the parts from a donor car, or Summit racing sells a kit for this. hope this helps.
