I have an 86 IROC and I hate the third brake light on it. It looks so tacky. Is there any way you could take it off and put one from say, an 87 IROC, and put it on there? It should fit the same right? Has anybody ever heard of this being done or done it themself?

Should work just fine, my 86 has a hatch from a firebird with the holes from that spoiler patched, the standard spoiler put on and now I'm putting on an 87 spoiler. but yeah, the hatches are all simensionally the same
