Re: repainted 91 camaro
honestly..im not liking the gold rims. :/ the paint looks real nice but i feel the gold just kinda goes off on a tangent too far and doesnt look right with the rest of the car. IMO. no trying to offend you in any way

Looks great. I kinda like the gold wheels but I would consider polishing the lip of the wheel. That might look good, or maybe not.
Thats not stock ride height is it? What suspension setup are your running?
Ive got a 91 305 tpi z28 too.

Looks awesome and Im jealous, did you paint/prep yourself? School out in 2 weeks, and I want to repaint my car in under $2k my own labor but I never painted before. Maybe you could help a newbie out with a guide?

Love the stance, love the car, I even like that style of wheel, but not feeling the bronze color on them. I think thoes wheels in silver on there would really sent the car off.

Strip those wheels down and polish them. Gold wheels with silver stripes just don't go together.

Forget what everyone is saying about your wheels. I think the car looks good the way it is.

Re: repainted 91 camaro
Sorry it took so long to reply had some family issues but first off thanks for all the complements. As for the wheels they looked good when it was flat black and not so much now I'm looking for a set of newer zq8 wheels. As for the ride hide no it's not stock height I bought a set of 1 and 3/4 inch lowering springs from ksport springs and it looked ok but then decided I wanted lower so I cut the new springs and got another 1 and 1/2 out of it and now I love it and it doesn't ride to bad.
The paint booth was brand new bout 2 weeks old so the amount of trash in the paint was low and turned out a lot better then I coulda ever imagined. The prep, body work and paint I'm glad I'm taking auto body in school cause I did all myself and I'll write something on the prep and everything and you should be able to get a good paint job for under 2k if doing it yourself unless you just want expensive and I mean expensive paint cause I bought everything for my bodywork and paint and I'm out $350 for the entire paint job.
