would help to know what parts of the hardware are broken. If its just screws they can be found anywhere. What pieces are broken or painted

there like carriage bolts but with a real wide thread, they are on the ground effects on a flat metal bracket. you would put a nut on it to tighten the effect to the body. some are broke most badley rusted. I would like to replace them. I have a fear that they will promote rust. I just spent 6 months cutting out rust and replacing patch panels. I want to prime/paint the gnd efx while they are off the car.
