Spider web effects on my 88
Spider web effects my has cracks over it can I just sand and repaint or is this fiberglass work it's on the hood the fenders everywere

If you want to do it right, sand the cracks out. Without pics to prove, it just sounds like paint cracking. so If I were you I'd sand them out then repaint.

Since you said its everywhere my guess its a paint problem. But on mine the po had either been hit in the back bumper or backed into something which caused a very nasty spider webbing due to very small cracking... the bumper appeared to be straight but no amount of painting sanding or filler would cover it, it continued to return after a few days each time.

clean everything with soap and water, then spray with wax/grease remover then sand them out completely. On front and rear cover, ground effects and chin spoiler....clean after sanding then use an adhesion promoter before priming with a flexble primer, then repaint. It's a major PITA, but well worth the effort when your done
