New windshield for me!
So one of the local shops quoted me for 171 out the door for a new windshield with new rubber stripping around the window. Figured I'd post a couple pics of it before and I'll post some up after I get it back this afternoon. Its super dirty right now, I'll probably have it detailed before the new pics come up.

Re: New windshield for me!
Pretty good deal. Think I paid $160 for mine, but I know a guy.
I had a new winshield installed when I got painted. 3 months later, I was removing the plastic cowl cover to clean and paint, and I git the edge of the screwdriver just under the lip of the windshield glass unknowingly. A very light lifting pry upwards on the cowl screen, and SCREEEEECH! I cracked the new windshield from bottom to top! Had to go back and get another!

Ugh, these pics make the car look super jacked up. The car actually is lowered and the tires are the correct size. I'm a sh!++y camera man.

I paid $185 to have mine replaced. Was originaly going to just have them remove/reinstall the factory one when I did rust repair and paint work. But after getting fresh color I couldn't put the scratched original one back in.
