Geting Ready For Paint

Getting ready to paint my GTA so I'm removing everything ahead of time with some grunt labor to save a little on cost, i.e. door seals, all lamps, t-top felt, all door and hatchback seals, all ground effect panels etc. etc. but have came across the 2 hard molded black plastic strips that run across the top in front and rear of the t-tops. Has anyone dealt with these ? Are they removable ? Replaceable and who would carry them with p/n ?

Appreciate all input and thanks in advance...

They are called channels and the P.N.'s are

Front - 20192915
Side - 20192546
Rear - 20192544

The ran around $5 per and to my knowledge have all been discontinued, but you might be able to find them.

Yea I figured they where discontinued parts, but has anybody removed these channels for paint ? And how hard are they to remove ? First glance looks to be pressed in of some sort.
