Can this be fixed?

Ok, so last summer I got some minor front end damage in a little accident. The nose of the hood (from the tip about 4" up and like 8" wide) is pushed down. The front bumper cover is right between the turn signals is also pushed down. I thought i could try to just bend the hood back out , but then realized that it's made of 2 pieces. And the bumper cover looks like the white stuff under the painted plastic is a bit cracked. Can this be fixed if I take it to a local body shop or should I just replace it? I already have an extra hood and bumper cover, but if the original parts can be fixed, i would rather do that.

Also if I decide to rep, lace the hood, the extra hood has like 3 layers of different colored paint on it. Idk why. But what would be the best way to strip this and paint it temporarily black.

I'll try to post pics tomorrow, but it's literally 5 degrees out right now.
