interior depends on if you buy new or used, new about $600 used can be anywhere under that, depending on the deals you find, and on a GOOD paint job, expect to spend about $2000 if not more.

for the paint i believe so, when you say interior, do you mean the door panels? or the entire car interior?

yes they can interchange, if you get used ones its about $50, i dont think they make new ones.
