Re: Side skirt badging

The old rocker panel emblems/badging I have removed ,and new ones that I have used all were held on with adhesive backing. So I would say "carefully" with a heat gun on low should do the trick. Keep in mind that the emblems are not a hard plastic but a softer material that seems to be a type of rubber. You may not be able to save them. They have been on there for many years and have a tendency to peal in the back.

You might be better off leaving the emblems on there and just getting new ones. Then you could sell the old rockers without having to say "needs badges".

i agree with ronusmcmma
Or you can use a blow dryer for a while. Then make a hillbilly rig. U take 2 short pieces of wood or metal and tie a thin string to both. Then the string goes underneath the emblem and you carefully pull back until the string is all the way through and out the other side. Then it SHOULD peel off. Or you can heat it up and use a thin flathead and nudge it off. Or just buy new ones for like 10 bucks off ebay lol
