Re: LAMBO DOORS!!!!!
really?
If you truly like that look for a third gen. Make sure the company you buy it from has good hardware and can stand up to the weight of the third gen door, other than that it shouldn't matter where you get this kit from. Make sure you or the person installing it knows what they are doing and you should have no problems. It all comes down to the hardware and installer you will have to test fit and fit again to get things done right.

Re: LAMBO DOORS!!!!!
Make sure you get a really strong assist cylinder - these doors can reach 100lbs easily. Also, take a picture of it - haven't seen many thirdgen lambo door conversions.

Re: LAMBO DOORS!!!!!
no such thing as a BOLT on for these cars. the door hinges are welded to the door and bolted to the body. therefor they REQUIRE weld on.
but if i were you. i would buy a bolt on kit and weld nuts to your door to make it able to bolt on. that way you still maintain adjustment which is critical, trust me.

Re: LAMBO DOORS!!!!!
2nd and 3d links don't work. a 650 pound strut should be plenty strong enough.

Re: LAMBO DOORS!!!!!
Scissor doors (also beetle-wing doors, jack-knife doors, switchblade doors, and Lamborghini doors) are automobile doors that rotate vertically at a fixed hinge at the front of the door, rather than outwardly as with a conventional door.
