To Pin...or Not to Pin??

Just had an aftermarket fiberglass hood installed, almost ready for paint.
Hood manufacturer said hood pins were "recommended but not required"
anybody have any thoughts on this subject, or experiences (good-bad)?
I'd like to hear some before I dive in...Thanks

Sort of similar, with my glass notch in the sig, even with the weaker no wing shocks they were so strong that made the hatch twist and be all out of align. The right corner flexed up.

In the end I got a better seal, fit and looks

Thanks...just found an old thread on the subject, think my question is answered already...pins it is. I am now browsing for some pics to see what would look the best on 89 IROC, Ram-Air hood, Arctic White color.
By the way...like your logo picture. No Bungles or Brownies???

To be honest I picked them at first as a young kid cause they were the steelers, they stole stuff, so they were cool. Didn't speel well then or now

Though I did luck out on my choice, 6 rings baby

Browns 0, "but were the most winniest team in NFL history" 6 rings baby
