rear quarter questions

Hey guys I have a few questions I just purchased my Camaro and I took it to a body shop this week and he said he would recommend replacing the rear quarter panel so my questions are

#1. He said he would replace it for $300 with me supplying the panel. Does this sound like a fair price I know it's a lot of work and truthfully I am most scared about this because I think it would be tough to get it aligned right and I don't have a welder. Does this seem like a fair price?

#2. I know they make reproduction quarter panels have any of you guys used these. What would you guys recommend as far as fitment do the reproduction quarters line up ok? or am I better off with one from a junk yard also which one would be better for resisting rust? I only want to do this once so I'm just curious which one is better.

Re: rear quarter questions

Got a pic of the damage?

To get a JY rear quarter you're going to need a torch or air tool to cut it off.
