T-top leaking/t=bar rust

My Trans Am has leaks out the wazoo all over the roof. Every piece of weather stripping is pretty much shot and deteriorated. This is obliterating my headliner at an alarming rate, and also has rusted out the middle part (the t-bar) of the roof. It's mostly on the black panels that's bolted as far as I can tell, but I worry about what's under those.

What's the best way to get rid of the rust so it looks decent when the tops are out? Also where is the best place to get weather stripping at a good price?

And while we're on it, you know the panel/strip that's on the outter part of the roof that sits above each side window and just lips over the glass part of the roof itself.... boths sides are starting to fade to a whitish grey color due to sun and weather. What's the best way to repair that and have them black like their supposed to be again?

Re: T-top leaking/t=bar rust

I have a T-bar if interested. It does have rust on the ends that needs to be blasted but is otherwise in good shape.

I have no intention of cutting a whole roof out and welding another on.

That's fine, I was talking about the part that unbolts.

As far as the t-top trim pieces you mentioned, I used trim black by duplicolor,
its not too bright and has a decent finish. you can clear coat if you desire, I didn't.
